Faster GSC reports with compact snapshots
v2.1
Progressive report generation, broader date ranges, smaller storage, and faster page-level analysis.
2026/08/04
Reports now open from compact snapshots
Rebuilt Google Search Console reporting around compact, versioned snapshots instead of loading large raw datasets for every visit.
Reports generate progressively, so the first completed view appears while remaining report modules continue in the background.
Automatic daily refreshes keep snapshots current without a manual Refresh button.
Existing websites can be backfilled into the new snapshot format without interrupting their current reports.
More useful date ranges
Added Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month, and Last month report views.
Last 90 days is now a current-period summary without an artificial comparison period.
This month and Last month use consistent calendar-based comparison windows when comparison data is meaningful.
Content Groups now use the same snapshot model and date behavior as the main report.
Smaller storage, focused reports
Report tables retain the Top 200 results together with the original total row count and truncation metadata.
Tables display 25 rows per page, with row count and pagination controls placed below the table.
Specialized facts required for Rank Tracking, daily totals, detail views, and email monitoring remain available without retaining every raw report row.
Faster dashboards and detail views
Reduced duplicate project, plan, report, and latest-data requests across Overview, Content Groups, Rank Tracking, and report modules.
Page Indexing loads only when opened instead of delaying the main dashboard.
Page and Query details open with an immediate snapshot preview, then update from Google Search Console data in the background.
Simplified Page Details to show the URL, KPI cards, trend chart, and related queries without repeated navigation, cache, or indexing-status blocks.
Added a stable loading state for page trends so empty-state messages no longer flash before live data arrives.
Clearer navigation and report controls
Fixed first-click navigation from Page and Query details to left-side report modules.
Preserved the selected website and date period while moving between report sections.
Added contextual feature help beside report titles and improved loading, empty, and reconnect states.
Monitoring continues automatically
Daily sync completion still checks notification eligibility immediately.
The scheduled email job remains as a daily fallback, with lifecycle and weekly period keys preventing duplicate sends.
Weekly reports, daily updates, opportunity emails, CTR alerts, indexing alerts, Rank Tracking setup, and new Top 10 query alerts remain connected to the new snapshot workflow.
