SEO Signal helps teams turn Google Search Console data into daily briefs, evidence-backed Signals, prioritized actions, and clear reports.
This policy explains the limited data we process, why we process it, and how you can remove your website data.
We process only the information needed to provide SEO Signal. This can include your account email and authentication details, billing status, support messages, and the Google Search Console data you choose to connect.
When you connect Google Search Console, SEO Signal requests read-only access. We process the verified properties and performance data needed to generate your reports and recommendations, including page URLs, queries, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position.
We may also process derived SEO Signals and their evidence, completed data Snapshots, generated report metadata, and AI question, workflow, result metadata, data scope, and audit status when those features are used. Whether the text of an AI question or answer is retained depends on the current product configuration. Data for different connected Websites is kept strictly separated by project context.
We do not sell, rent, or use your website or Search Console data for advertising, model training, or any purpose unrelated to providing SEO Signal to you.
SEO Signal Chrome Extension helps users view Google Search Console performance for the exact webpage they are currently visiting. The extension only reads the URL of the active browser tab after the user clicks the extension icon. We use that URL to request page-level Search Console data, such as clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, daily trend, and top queries for the current page.
The extension does not collect browsing history. It does not monitor every page you visit in the background. It runs when you choose to open the extension panel.
When you connect Google Search Console, SEO Signal uses Google OAuth with read-only Search Console access. Connection credentials are used only to retrieve the data you authorize for SEO Signal reports, dashboards, and extension-based page reports.
SEO Signal may process the current page URL, your connected Google account email, verified Search Console properties, and Search Console performance data needed to show page-level reports.
We use data only to provide SEO briefs, Signals, Page and Query investigation, AI workflows, reports, maintain account access, process billing, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not use website or Search Console data for unrelated advertising purposes.
SEO Signal does not need write access to your website or Google Search Console. It cannot publish content, edit your site, or change Search Console settings.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate SEO Signal, such as hosting, authentication, email, payments, and infrastructure vendors. We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms.
You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting revokes SEO Signal's access and removes all stored data associated with your connected websites, including website properties, Search Console metrics, completed Snapshots, derived Signals and evidence, generated reports, AI audit records, cached insights, tracked keywords, and website-level settings.
We retain only the account and billing information required to keep your account, meet legal obligations, or resolve payment matters. You can contact us to request account deletion.
You can disconnect Google access, delete a website, unsubscribe from non-essential email, or contact support about account deletion and data access requests.
