How SEO Signal handles account, Search Console, analytics, and support data.
2026/07/08
SEO Signal helps teams understand organic search performance, find SEO opportunities, and improve existing pages with data from Google Search Console and related SEO analysis tools.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
We may collect account details such as name, email address, authentication provider, billing status, and support messages.
When you connect Google Search Console, SEO Signal requests read-only access. We may import verified properties, page URLs, queries, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, CTR, position, sync status, and report outputs needed to power dashboards, content groups, rank tracking, and SEO recommendations.
We may also collect product usage data, device/browser metadata, cookies, performance logs, and error logs so we can keep the product reliable and improve workflows.
We use data to provide SEO reports, prioritize opportunities, generate content briefs, maintain account access, process billing, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and improve SEO Signal.
SEO Signal does not need write access to your website or Google Search Console. It cannot publish content, edit your site, or change Search Console settings.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate SEO Signal, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, payments, and infrastructure vendors. We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose data if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce our terms.
We keep data while your account is active or as needed for product, legal, billing, security, and backup reasons. You can request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and operational limits.
You can disconnect Google access, delete projects, unsubscribe from non-essential email, or contact support about account deletion and data access requests.
