Support fresh organic momentum
Find the pages Google has just started to notice.
Spot URLs appearing in your current Search Console window, so you can strengthen promising pages while their momentum is new.
What it finds
- New Pages shows URLs that started receiving Search Console visibility in the current comparison window.
- It helps you spot fresh pages, refreshed pages, or newly visible pages that may deserve more support.
What it uses
- The data comes from the Google Search Console property you connect to SEO Signal.
- SEO Signal reads historical Search Console performance data and turns it into page, query, trend, country, and device views.
Why it matters
- Shows newly discovered organic assets with early traction.
- Helps identify fresh pages worth accelerating before momentum fades.
From signal to decision
See the logic behind every recommendation.
SEO Signal makes the calculation visible, so your team can use the report as evidence rather than a black-box score.
- 1
The report compares URLs seen in the selected period with URLs seen in the previous matching period.
- 2
A URL is New when it appears in the current period but did not appear in the previous period.
- 3
The report shows current clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position for each new URL.
- 4
URLs with the most impressions are shown first so you can see the most visible new pages before smaller signals.
- 5
Large sites can have many new URLs because this view is designed to show the full lifecycle change, not just a short sample.
What to do next
Move from a report to a real SEO fix.
- Add internal links, improve titles, expand sections that match early queries, and submit important URLs in sitemap.
- Move promising new pages into the content update or conversion optimization queue.
Read the signal in context
Important limits to check before acting.
- Search Console hides some low-volume or sensitive search data, so page totals, query totals, and site totals may not match perfectly.
- The current day is not used because Search Console data can still be incomplete.
- A result in these reports is a signal for investigation. It is not proof by itself that a page was published, deleted, penalized, or technically broken.
- New means newly present in the selected Search Console comparison window. It does not prove the page was newly published.
- A page can appear as new because rankings improved, demand changed, Google started showing it, or Search Console revealed data that was previously hidden.
